Greens for cutting:
Various types of greens are grown in pallets, using the hydroponic method, and when they reach marketable size, the greens are cut and packaged for delivery to retail chains. This is the cheapest way of growing green products, allowing for some types of green products, for example, parsley, dill, basil, mint, and some other species, to grow products, making several cuts per season from each plant.
Green in pots:
The technology is close to that described above, but the production cost is higher due to the one-time use of plants, the cost of pots, and the substrate.
Production of green seedlings.
For efficient production, it is necessary to have a seedling department for the continuous production of green seedlings. For a seedling department, for example, 1 greenhouse section can be used. The seedling room should be equipped with additional racks and a precision seeding machine. The growing medium is supplied ready-made or prepared locally from local ingredients.
