All confidential information that we exchange with our clients, containing such data as, for example, personal and financial information, credit card information and other data that provides for strictly limited access, is necessarily transmitted in encrypted form, using the SSL protocol, which guarantees maximum secrecy and security.
We guarantee the secrecy of all confidential information received from clients. We also guarantee that this information will not be available or transferred to anyone else, including individuals and organizations.

Security provided by the SSL server.

We use 2048-bit information encoding on the SSL server, in accordance with US standards. This is the highest standard used to ensure encryption of information on the Internet. Note: The United States Government restricts the sale of such encryption systems outside the United States. Our server is located in the United States, and thanks to our American partners, we were able to provide your Internet security at the highest world level of Internet security.

SSL Server.
The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol encrypts all data transmitted over the Internet between the client and the server. This system guarantees the transfer of information only between clients connected to each other through this protocol, and access to data or interception and use of information by third parties is impossible.

Terms of Service. (Online Agreement.)

ONLINE STORE AGROSHERIFF SHOP
The following are the terms of the agreement between AGROSHERIFF SHOP (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the buyer ("Buyer") for the purchase of goods or services through the Company's Internet Site ("Site"). If you do not agree to these terms, you will not be able to purchase our goods and services, so please review these terms carefully before making purchases:

1. Introduction.
The Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement between the parties ("Agreement"), with all that relates to the goods, services and information provided through the Site. This Agreement constitutes an agreement between the Company and the Buyer, and supersedes any prior or other agreements, contracts and warranties, and stipulates everything that relates to the goods, services and information provided through the Site. Buyer agrees to review and acknowledge this Agreement prior to purchasing goods or services on the Site.

2. Payment Information.
Buyer understands and warrants that the credit card information provided by Buyer is true, correct and complete. Payment for goods and services made by Buyer will be accepted by Buyer's credit card company and Buyer will be obligated to pay the purchase price of the goods and services, as well as the cost of shipping the goods in the amount presented at the time of payment, including all applicable taxes. Buyer will be responsible for all payments made using Buyer's password. Buyer agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify Company within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of the password or violation of this Agreement. Company does not protect Buyer from unauthorized use of Buyer's password. The maximum value of one transaction realized between the Buyer and the Company may not exceed the amount equal to $10,000 US.

3. Copyright.
The content of the Site is protected by copyright, including the attached trademarks and other (including, but not limited to intellectual property). The organization, collection, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other actions related to the use of materials, as well as copying, redistribution, use or publication by the Buyer of the full content or any part of the Site, is prohibited.

4. Editing, deletion and modification.
The Company reserves the exclusive right to edit, delete or install any information on the Site, as well as delete or install any goods and services for sale. The Company may modify this Agreement, or the prices for goods and services, with notice to the Buyer, if this is specified in the Agreement on the Provision of Services, and may terminate or modify any or all sections of the Site at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Modification of this Agreement will be considered valid after its publication on the Site, and will apply to transactions concluded after the date of publication.

5. Right of Withdrawal.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the sale of goods and provision of services, and to regulate access to the purchase of any goods or services.

6. Indemnification.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Company and its suppliers, partners and licensors harmless from and against any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to Buyer's breach of this Agreement or use of the Site.

7. Non-transferability.
Buyer's right to use the Service is personal and non-transferable to any person or entity and is subject to the limits and conditions set by the Company or Buyer's credit card company.

8. Limited Liability.
THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED, THE CONTENT, AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH OTHER SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE DISCLAIMER OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). THE SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PARTICULAR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, DEALERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LITIGATION, OR SIMILAR COSTS, LOSSES OR EXPENSES), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ARE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE LIMITATIONS OF DAMAGES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN COMPANY AND CUSTOMER. THIS SITE, THE PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. CERTAIN STATE LAWS MAY APPLY REGARDING THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. ANY POSSIBLE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE COURT OF THE ISRAEL.

9. Use of Information.
The Company reserves the right, and the Buyer authorizes the Company, to use for its intended purpose all information regarding the Buyer's use of the Site and all information provided by the Buyer, in accordance with applicable laws.

10. Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall be considered as published Agrosheriff Shop, and shall be applied and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel. Any actions by the Buyer regarding his claims must be made within six (6) months after any purchase made on the Site or the buyer will forever waive his claims. All actions must be made within the limitations set forth in Section 8. The contents of this Agreement must be stated and understood in such a way that its meaning is equally valid for both parties. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be construed in a manner consistent with the law to reflect the original intentions and interests of both parties. The remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that anything related to the Site or the Company conflicts or contradicts this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. The failure of the Company to make any provision of this Agreement to the Buyer shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or a release of the right to make such provision.
