Production of planting material by green grafting - it is an effective, and in some cases the only possible way of reproduction of decorative, flower, fruit and vegetable plants.
The only strict requirement for this method of plant propagation - is to maintain the humidity in the greenhouse at a level close to 100%
Why? Cuttings do not have roots, and as long as the roots are not formed, the moisture for their development plants can receive only through the leaves.
The second requirement - water should be sprayed in a fine mist, like a fog that keeps the surface constantly wet green leaves.
The same irrigation system works well for growing seedlings and pesticides in processing plants against pests and diseases. Another area of application - cooling the room during the hot hours of the day in the summer.
The system is used as the main, and as a further example, for drip irrigation systems.
Design.
Such systems are mounted as overhead sprayers, and a bottom. We recommend placing the nozzles at the top of the greenhouse, as shown in the top picture on the left, but in some cases can be placed in the lower position. Lower occupancy usually used for film tunnel greenhouse with a small height, like in the picture on the left.
For this purpose sprays placed above the soil surface at a height of 80-100 cm on metal uprights and connected to the main pipe by thin pipes.
It should be noted that for efficient dispersion must have sufficient water pressure in the system. For each type of dispensers usually necessary pressure is 2-3 atmospheres. At lower pressures are difficult to obtain finely dispersed spray.
In order to supply water at the termination of the remaining water from the pipeline is not dropped on the plants in the form of large droplets, it is necessary to use a special valve which opens the water supply to the spray guns only when a certain pressure in the pipeline, for example, 1.0 or 1.5 atm ., and closes when the pressure in sitemy 0.4-0.7 atm. Mounting (installation) Sprinklers:
There are different options and ways to install these sprinklers. The most simple - is to use a plastic rack height of 25 or 35 cm and a connection to the plastic feed pipe, through a special fitting and a thin plastic tube.
On the right photo you can see how easy it is done, and the picture on the left - the sprinkler installation for a vertical assembly with a check valve, a hose, and a device for connection to a pipe located at the top of the greenhouse.
For pipelines, it is recommended to use plastic pipes (in any case, not metal!) 3/4 - 1.0 inch.
If you use a rigid plastic tube with a wall thickness of about 1.5 millimeters, then joining a pipe is necessary to use a special threaded plunger.
For pipelines can be used and high-quality soft tubes (hoses) with a wall thickness of 0.75 mm. To connect with a conduit used choke plunger. (In the photo next to the thread).

The second important condition:
We must maintain the optimum humidity is constant, and at the same time, not to make a "flood" in the greenhouse.
Typically, irrigation regime for such greenhouses - a few tens of seconds (up to 1-2 minutes) spraying water, then rest for a few minutes. How to achieve the maintenance of the regime of irrigation? Automatics have to use, which will turn on and off the water supply to spray on a given program.
You can use an inexpensive controller GEVA Windows or Galcon and solenoid valve.
