Fogging system for greenhouses

In large industrial greenhouses, this technology is used for many decades. We decided to develop and build such a device for use in small and very small (hobby) greenhouses.

Irrigation sets Mini mist for greenhouses in size from a few square meters to a few hundred square meters.
This kit can be used in the smallest villa in the greenhouse and the greenhouse farm of medium size.

Sprinklers (fogger)

For fogging systems include three kinds of the mini sprinkler with fine atomization of water (fogger) or foggers.
These are the following models: 4191, TAV-1 and TAV-4

Filtration and automation unit

For reliable operation of fogging systems required fine filtration of water and irrigation automation. We offer several options for water filtration units and automation. They are distinguished by the volume of water that can be served on Misting system and selected for greenhouses of different sizes individually.

Block FA1-1 and FA1-34.

Outwardly, the two look similar unit and differ only in that the first assembled from component parts working diameter of 1.0 inch, and the second - 3/4 inch.

Filter unit SET3.

It intended for greenhouses larger and comprises three-disc filters operating in parallel, which allows the triple filtration area and thus flow rate and the area serviced by the fogging system. This block has a high degree of filtering - 50 microns, which allows keeping fogger nozzle from clogging and prolongs the system.

This filtration unit is designed in such a way that allows the washing of filters without disassembly. The photo does not show a controller with a solenoid valve, which is also supplied.

Block fertigation COMPACT-FIX

Tech addition to the fog in a greenhouse. Compact Fertigator COMPACT-FIX allows adding batteries in the irrigation water. This is an important and effective addition, allowing to significantly accelerate and improve the development of plants which are grown by grafting green, as well as for growing seedlings of vegetables, melons, green and ornamental crops.

• The diameter of the moisture for each fogger should be considered in the calculation of fogger.
• Type fogger installation. For small areas, when 1 line is not used for more than 5 pieces fogger models 4191 or TAV-4, or a maximum of 10 pieces of TAV-1 can be used connecting pipe with a diameter of 8 mm. If more than one line mounted fogger, you should use a plastic pipe with a diameter of 20mm.
• The type of filter depends on the total flow of water in the greenhouse, but the degree of water filtration should be 55 microns.
• If you add fertilizer to the water or other substances, you need to use the device for accurate dosing of additives. Such a device is called fertigation. Fertigator can choose from an assortment that we offer on our website.
• For the installation of the selected set of you, be sure to use a special tool.
