Born in 1938 in Simferopol.
He lived in Leningrad.
He studied at the Institute of National Economy. Plekhanov.
He worked at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations
and the Institute of the international labor movement.
In Israel in 1993, he lives in Be'er Sheva.
He worked at the University. Ben-Gurion.
